Our service is to provide Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) to adults with intellectual/developmental disability. Our community and residential facility services are as follows:
We as Bethel Care Services strive to provide the best services to lead to a better quality of life. Residents in our program or care will receive the following:
- Housekeeping & Laundry Services.
- Medication Management.
- Respite Care.
- Social & Recreational Activities in their identified communities.
- Assistance with activities of daily living and supervision and protection.
- Personal Shopping which also will include going grocery shopping.
- Transportation to any activity of choice, family functions and all medical appointments etc.
- Nutritious, delicious and meals.
- Home Management Tasks.
- Management of finances, including balancing of check book, accounts and safeguarding all financial resources if needed.
Residents in our program are expected to enjoy spacious living which will include the following:
- Beautiful Dining area.
- Spacious bathrooms.
- Spacious private/individual rooms with connected cables and wifi.
- Beautiful and well furnished bedrooms.
- Two large family room with home entertainment.
- Accessible computer area.
- Patio seating for B.B.Q & socialization. This area may also be used for residents who need a private area for their visitors.
- 24/7 Staff on duty.
- Protected & Secured Door as well as environment.
- Large/Open Space in yard for residential functions & events.
Staff / Caregivers:
It is a privilege/honor to serve you. We make it a priority to screen our caregivers in other to protect and keep safe the resident we care for. Our resident’s safety is very important to us. Each caregiver will/shall undergo a background check as well as a reference check. This information will be accessible to Minnesota Department of Human Services as well as the Minnesota Department of Health Services. We are very strict with these checks.
